Wow Had a wonderful experience. First Amy helped me right away via phone, and Kiera helped me when Amy wasn’t available. We made the deal over the phone which I love as it’s easier transaction and easier for me! Once we got there Amy went through the entire purchase process and it went smoothly!! Ron the manager was very helpful and worked with us so well and approved the break on the price too. Adam the finance rep went thru the process smoothly and quickly. Great experience! The team was open and honest with us. We flew in from SD and when the vehicle we bought was in for the final inspection they found out it had a problem that couldn’t be fixed right away. Don, Fred and Jason all worked together and told us that they would fix it in addition to shipping it out to us at no additional charge. I would recommend Gravity Auto to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. Great customer service and support.
